All information shared via the C.R.O.P is self-reported by licensees and/or derived from the seed the sale tracking system utilized by Cannabis Control Division. The Cannabis Control Division does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or the results obtained frodm the use of this information, or offers a warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Cannabis Control Division attempts to ensure that C.R.O.P is complete and accurate; however, because data is self-reported by licensees, they might contain typographical errors, sales or product errors, or other inaccuracies.

Further, the Cannabis Control Division assumes no responsibility for licensees’ errors and reserves the right to: (i) add, edit, or remove reported data; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and (iii) make changes to sales figures, product, or any other information provided.
